As an integral part of the Customer Success team, the Account Manager will take charge of fostering and preserving long-term relationships with BySide's key customers. Acting as the primary point of contact for these clients, the role involves ensuring that their requirements are adequately met and that they derive maximum value from BySide's products and services.

The ideal candidate should have a track record in Digital Marketing, demonstrating good customer service, robust relationship-building, and adept customer success management while protecting the BySide brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate customer needs and objectives into clear project goals and deliverables aligned with BySide company goals;
  • Establish and sustain robust relationships with clients, serving as a reliable advisor and advocate for their needs and objectives;
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans to ensure prompt and successful delivery of customer initiatives;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements;
  • Proactively identify risks and issues that may impact project success, and develop mitigation strategies as needed;
  • Monitor and report on customer success metrics to ensure that BySide is delivering maximum value to clients;
Contribute to the evolution of customer success processes and best practices.

Key Requirements

  • Preferably a University degree in business, marketing, communication, or a related field;
  • Experience in a customer-facing role within digital marketing, preferably in customer success or account management;
  • Experience and knowledge in Digital Marketing;
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport and relationships with customers and internal stakeholders;
  • A proactive mindset with a keen interest in questioning 'why';
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish.
