a.Ensures proper handling and checking of data referrals according to names, client/clinic and request.
b.labels specimen based on referral and type/amount of specimen.
c.Labels specimen with accession numbers.
d.segregates specimen based on requested test (Routine, Chemistry, Serology, Bacteriology, Pathologist(pap-smear & histopathology) or send-outs.
2. Copying result from laboratory worksheet to referrals
3. Responsible in releasing /relaying result through telephone, text message or fax
4. preparing result for delivery according to messengers' area
