We are looking for a Business Analyst to join us in a very challenging project in the field of Digital Transformation of one of our best client!
Minimum requirements
Bachelor's degree- > 10 years of experience in Business Analyst
- Very good command of English (oral and written)
Knowledge and Experiences
You will be the successful candidate if:
You hold a professional knowledge of JIRA, BPMN, XML, SQL, UML- You are familiar with Agile project methodology
- You are at your ease in a multicultural environment
- You hold an European Passport
Tasks and responsibilities:
Define business and functional requirements: gather, model business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement. Validate and document them.
- Preparation of business analysis, detailed analysis and risk analysis
- Propose IT plans and development strategies to apply and ensure that the proposed solution provides the best advantage for the client's need
- Based on the new processes suggested, identify the high-level use cases and highlight the functionalities that will support the business processes.
- Assistance with applying the strategic business decisions
- Management of the project planning within the existing timeframe. Follow-up of the implementation.
- Test the solutions.
- Accompany the business transition and help to introduce change.
