作为设施设备工程师，你将：
1)关注工厂的所有设施系统和生产设备(电气系统，消防系统，暖通空调，建筑，变电所和特种设备管理，如起重机，叉车；以及部分生产设备，例如自动给料机等)的预防/定期维护。
2)监督相关系统的持续运行，确保系统以最佳效率运行。制定预防性维修计划并确保计划的按时实施。
3)在相关系统出现故障的情况下，运用正确的问题解决技巧对其进行排除，并使其恢复到预期的运行状态。
4)作为项目成员，负责设备相关的政府手续审批，为项目组提供技术支持，包括项目的成本、质量和进度管理
5)监督能源(电、水、蒸汽)的使用情况，提出电力的改进/节约措施。
6)部门文件管理及其他任务
任职要求:
1. 本科及以上学历，电气、机电、工程、环境工程，暖通等相关专业
2. 3年以上设施/维修部门相关工作经验，有建筑项目管理经验者优先
3. 有外企工作经验者优先考虑
4. 良好的英语和AutoCAD，办公软件技能。
