The Academy's goal is to provide exemplary virtual writing courses to youth ages 8-18.
- Must have documented experience instructing the subject
- Experience working with youth ages 8-18
- Ability to create an online course (if you have demonstrated experience, course content creation can be accommodated)
- Courses created by the instructor must relate to English Language Arts
- Learn pre-created curriculum if there is a preference to no create courses (formal essay writing courses)
- High speed internet
- Must pass a background check

- Create and develop online courses for youth ages 8-18
- Courses can range from one-time sessions to multiday/week sessions
- Provide live instruction and written feedback on learner’s work
- Pay $25/40-45 minute class; $17/25 minute class + bonuses for feedback provided on learner’s work
- Independent contractor
- Ability to be a self-starter (you get to choose your own schedule)
