- Industry/ Organization Type: Security System Service Provider
- Position Title: Accounts & Admin Assistant
- Working Location: East (Nearest MRT: Tai Seng)
- Working Hours: 5 days (Monday-Friday, 9 am-6 pm)
- Salary Package: Up to SGD2800 + Bonus
- Duration: 1-year contract (Renewable)
Key Responsibilities
- Filing documents and banking cheques
- Checking, verifying, and processing expense claims
- Assisting with data entry and preparing payments to suppliers
- Assisting with procurement and audit matters, as well as month-end closing
- Processing invoices, quotations, purchase orders, and delivery orders for customers
- Completing any ad-hoc Accounts & Admin duties as assigned

- Diploma in a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of working experience in a similar role
- Training provided for inexperienced candidates
