Job Description
Warehouse Trainer Responsibilities include
- Training employees on warehouse processes and protocols, including safety regulations, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and compliance laws.
- Creating training materials and delivering engaging and informative training sessions to employees at all levels.
- Developing and implementing an employee orientation program to ensure new hires are on boarded effectively.
- Conducting assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
- Collaborating with other warehouse managers and supervisors to ensure consistency and alignment in training programs across the organisation.
- Identifying gaps in knowledge and skills among employees and developing targeted training programs to address these gaps.
- Keeping up-to-date with changes in compliance laws and regulations and modifying training programs accordingly.
The Successful Applicant
The Warehouse Trainer requires experience within
- Experience in warehouse operations and safety regulations.
- Proven experience in training and development, with the ability to create engaging and informative training materials.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
