Job Description

Warehouse Trainer Responsibilities include

  • Training employees on warehouse processes and protocols, including safety regulations, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and compliance laws.

  • Creating training materials and delivering engaging and informative training sessions to employees at all levels.

  • Developing and implementing an employee orientation program to ensure new hires are on boarded effectively.

  • Conducting assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs.

  • Collaborating with other warehouse managers and supervisors to ensure consistency and alignment in training programs across the organisation.

  • Identifying gaps in knowledge and skills among employees and developing targeted training programs to address these gaps.

  • Keeping up-to-date with changes in compliance laws and regulations and modifying training programs accordingly.

The Successful Applicant

The Warehouse Trainer requires experience within

  • Experience in warehouse operations and safety regulations.

  • Proven experience in training and development, with the ability to create engaging and informative training materials.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.

  • Excellent organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

What's on Offer

Warehouse Trainer must be commutable to Wolverhampton

Salary circa £32,000 D.O.E.

Monday - Friday Shift with core hours 8 - 4
