As our Founders Associate, you will have the chance to join our company just after moving into new international markets and growing our business significantly. Together with our Founders and the product team, you’ll plan the product roadmap and have a long term impact on the company’s strategy and development.
You will have an impact on:
- Work closely with our Founder to help us to grow the business
- Take ownership and work highly independent on one of the various projects for our CEO and venture development team
- Support closely on the entire fundraising process from start to finish and assist in creating beautiful pitch decks and insightful analyses
- Set up scalable processes across Excel, Hubspot and Notion
- Help to define and built our KPI tracking and monitoring
- Work in a rapidly growing and radically changing environment and help to turn our company into a unicorn
What you will add:
- Preferably you bring relevant experience as a Founders Associate, Entrepreneur in Residence or you have founded a business yourself
- You have been working in a fast-paced work environment (e. g. start-up environment, consulting, investment banking, venture capital)
- You have exceptional analytical skills and strong attention to detail, as well as a hands-on mentality
- You're a reliable, diligent, proactive, & communicative personality who loves working autonomously
- You bring an outside perspective to the table and are not afraid to share your thoughts with us
- You are highly ambitious and equipped with an entrepreneurial mindset
- You enjoy having lots of responsibility
- You are fluent in English and German (B2-C2)
